Tram & metro tyres

Most tram tyres are supplied fully machined to a tight tolerance with material selection according to customer specification.

Flanges

Flanges are manufactured:

• From 12 inch upwards
• To an outside diameter of up to 4.7m
• In low carbon manganese steel
• In stainless steel
• In duplex stainless steel
• To international specifications

Flanges are forged to any recognised international specifications including:

• ANSI B16 5
• API 605
• MSS SP44
• AWWA C207-07
• BS 4504
• ASME B16.47 A or B

Weldneck flanges are profile-rolled and machined as required.
Full certification is provided with all flanges.

Seamless rings
Seamless rings can be profile-rolled if required:

• From 200mm to 4000mm in diameter
• Up to 3.8 tons
• To inside diameters from 150mm to 3700mm
• To a thickness from 52mm to 580mm
